Change your address, phone number or update your email address online. You'll find the Change of Address OPTION under SERVICES TAB on QNB-Online.
QNB customers can have coin counted for FREE at any of our branches (except Warminster Business Office and Quakertown Commons Office inside GIANT Food Store).
Overdraft Protection* with ACCOUNT COVERAGE (Overdraft Transfer Agreement required). Use an eSavings, Statement Savings, or Select Money Market as overdraft protection for your checking account.
- By Federal regulation, transfers to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, electronic or telephone transfer or by check, draft, point of sale, debit card, or similar order to third parties, are limited to six per calendar month. An Excess Transaction Fee will be assessed on each transaction that exceeds these limits.
The embarrassment of having a bounced check is gone! With overdraft protection, funds are automatically transferred to your checking account in $50 increments to cover checks that you have written. The line is available from $200 to $2,000. Subject to credit approval.
Bounce Protection is a discretionary overdraft service requiring no action on your part that provides you a safety net up to an automatically assigned overdraft limit.
If an overdraft is approved by using your Bounce Protection limit, you may be assessed our Overdraft service charge (per item, daily limit $140) of $35 for each item created by check, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means paid under the limit. All negative balances must be brought positive within 30 calendar days. QNB reserves the right not to pay if account is not kept in good standing. QNB-Mobile Security Features
QNB-Mobile features high levels of online security and encryption. All account information, login info and passwords are masked and never stored on your mobile device. In order to make transfers or Commercial Payments through Mobile App, you are required to set up a Mobile Authorization Code online. In addition, if the Mobile App is idle for 5 minutes, you will automatically be logged out.
*QNB-Mobile Banking is offered free of charge by QNB Bank. However, you should check with your mobile service provider regarding any text messaging and/or data fees.
QNB-Mobile Check Deposit
Deposit your checks with your smartphone! To set up QNB-Mobile Check Deposit feature* within the QNB-Mobile app:
- On your computer, sign into QNB-Online using your online credentials. Then, click Mobile Check Deposit on the left-hand navigation bar under Services
- The Terms and Conditions screen will appear - Read the agreement, then check the accept button and click accept.
- You will then receive a confirmation - Mobile Check Deposit feature has been enabled.
- To use QNB-Mobile Check Deposit, launch QNB-Mobile on your smartphone, click Mobile Check Deposit and follow the instructions.

With Remote-QNB for businesses, you can exchange conventional, manual check deposit processes for an automated deposit solution created to suit your specific needs. Regardless of your size or location, Remote-QNB allows you to scan any type of check at your business location and electronically deposit it into any one of your QNB accounts.
Boxes are available at many QNB Branches in a variety of sizes. Receive a 20% discount on box rental if your annual rent is automatically deducted from your Checking, Statement Savings or Money Market account. See Fee Schedule section for Safe Deposit Box rates. You can redeem U.S. Savings Bonds at any QNB branch. Non-customers may not redeem more than $1,000.
The U.S. Treasury no longer issues paper bonds through financial institutions. You'll need to purchase electronic savings bonds online through TreasuryDirect. Visit www.treasurydirect.gov to establish your TreasuryDirect account. Once established, you'll be able to buy and manage electronic savings bonds safely, online, 24/7, through TreasuryDirect.
Stop payments can be done 24/7 on QNB Online. Simply fill out the form found on the "Stop Payment" page under "SERVICES TAB" on QNB-Online.
Stop Payments can also be done by visiting by your local QNB office.
Available in any amount from $25 to $500 – stop by one of our offices, make your purchase and receive the Visa ® Gift Card immediately. Visa Gift Card sales are limited to QNB customers only.
QNB can make sure that wire transfers are executed accurately and on time. QNB customers can electronically transfer money throughout the United States , as well as outside of the country, with assurance that the transaction will be completed, validated and recorded accurately. In addition to sending wires, QNB customers can receive wires in the same secure and efficient manner.
