What is a digital wallet?

A digital wallet is a service that allows you to conveniently store payment or reward cards on a mobile device that you might traditionally keep in your wallet or purse.

How secure is a digital wallet?

New technology makes it as secure as using your actual card. In fact, your card number is never stored on your device. When you make a purchase with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay, a unique virtual code, or "token" is used to transmit your payment so that your card number and identity are never shared with merchants.

Where can I use my digital wallet?

Your digital wallet can be used in-store, online, or in-app. To use your digital wallet in-store, just look for the contactless symbol at checkout - it’s how you know where to pay. If you’d like to use your digital wallet online or in-app, simply look for your preferred wallet’s logo at checkout. When you’re ready to buy, click and log in with your ID to pay.

What digital wallets is QNB compatible with?

At this time, QNB Check Cards can be used with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay.

What happens if I lose my QNB Check Card?

If you've lost your QNB Check Card, please call our Customer Service Center at 215-538-5605. During off-hours, report a lost or stolen QNB Check Card by calling 215-538-5760.

What happens if I lose the device that has my card set up in my digital wallet?

If you've lost your device that has your card set up in your digital wallet, please call our Customer Service Center at 215-538-5605.

What happens to my card in my digital wallet once it reaches its expiration date?

As the expiration date of your QNB Check Card approaches, your new card will automatically be shipped to your current address. Upon activating your new card, your card's expiration date will automatically update in your digital wallet.
